Attorney
Dana grew up in Valparaiso, Indiana. She knew at the age of ten she wanted to be a lawyer. Dana gained her undergraduate degree from Indiana University Purdue University, where she received an honors academic scholarship, and earned her law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
Dana is self-driven to advocate for her clients. Before opening her own law firm in 2023, she practiced for 16 years at a firm in Northwest Indiana, her first and only job out of law school and where she grew as an attorney. She has a savvy business sense with a keen and thoughtful approach. She strives to make sure her clients get practical, informed, and efficient advice. She recently received the Times Media Company 20 Under 40 award.
Dana's immigrant parents raised her with a focus on faith and community. She is dedicated to the organizations she serves and takes pleasure in being an active member of her community.
In her down time, she enjoys the warmth of family, friends, and an ever-rotating supply of books.

Paralegal
Melissa is a highly skilled and dedicated paralegal who believes that a personal touch is key for every case. She has over 11 robust years of experience in the legal field including creditors rights, business, probate, guardianships, transactional matters and immigration. Melissa is not just a legal whiz; she is also a compassionate and empathetic person. She is always ready to lend a listening ear and is known for her ability to bring a sense of calm and order when things are most chaotic. In her free time, Melissa is a wife to Robert ‘Bob’, mom to Layla and Liam, and enjoys volunteering at her church. Melissa is a true professional and her passion for the law makes her a standout in the legal field.

Legal Assistant
Cat has been a Northwest Indiana resident her entire life. She was born and raised in Merrillville and now calls Crown Point home. She has been married for 19 years and has 2 sons. Cat enjoys hanging out with her husband, crafting, listening to her son play guitar, playing with her dog, Coco, watching movies, and watching football. Cat received two associates degrees from business college in Accounting and Legal Administration.
Cat has been working as a legal assistant and paralegal for over 30 years. The first 30 years Cat worked for an attorney specializing in Criminal Law [Federal and State], Bankruptcy Law, Probate Law, Estate Planning, and Family Law. Cat has accumulated many legal skills over the years.
Cat utilizes her administrative and legal skills to greet clients, take care of incoming and outgoing mail, answer the telephone, schedule appointments and court dates, prepare documentation, utilize different software programs, handle correspondence, file documents with the court, and organize case files, along with many other responsibilities.
Cat takes pride in the quality-of-service clients receive and pride in the quality of her work product, all the while maintaining client confidentiality and privacy.
